Kingston Ducoeur a.k.a. Carl Mathis Craig – Founder, CEO & Chairman

Kingston Ducoeur is the god-son of the late Maurine F. Bailey. In keeping a promise he made to her, and following her death in July of 2000, he founded Maurine F. David L. Perry, Sr. – President / Vice Chairman

In 1990, David Perry started his political career by becoming the first African-American elected to the Plano City Council. As a council member, David Perry served as Deputy Mayor Pro Tem, and then Mayor Pro Tem. David Perry worked with the Texas Municipal League (TML) on its Housing and Community Development Policy Committee in 1990 and served as Vice Chair of the TML Legislative Policy Committee on Finance and Administration in 1995. Bessie Slider Moody – Executive Vice President

Bessie Slider Moody is a lifelong Dallas resident. Celebrating 50 years of marriage to husband Paul Moody, Jr. (1958-2008), she is the mother of one son and one daughter. She has two grandsons and one great-grandson. Mrs. Moody is a retired Educator (2003) after 40 years with the Dallas ISD. Lori Ashmore Peters

Lori Ashmore Peters is owner of the Ashmore Law Firm, P.C., specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship and Mental Health Law. She represents clients in preparing estate plans; families in Guardianship matters; families in obtaining Mental Illness Warrants; and clients in seeking probate and administering complex estates. She gives presentations to various organizations and businesses on the importance of Estate Planning and Probate, as well as the Guardianship and Mental Illness process.

Joe L. Atkins

Joe L. Atkins graduated from Lincoln High School in 1954. He received his Bachelor's of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and his Master of Education Degree from the University of North Texas. He served in the U.S. Army for two years. Dorris Serrel

Dorris Serrel is a Graduate of Lincoln High School and North Texas State University. Married with two sons and six grandchildren. Dorris has taught elementary school music in the Dallas and Garland school districts. Dorris retired in 1998 and currently enjoys taking classes at Richland Community College, reading in her spare time and solving crossword puzzles. Dorris volunteers at Baylor Hospital in Garland, works with the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. and directs the Children's choir at Glendale Presbyterian Church.

Rev. Joe Patterson – MFBCF Chaplin

Rev. Joe Patterson is a graduate of Lincoln High School, and is the Senor Pastor of Greater New Zion Baptist Church.

Ella M. Rollins – Advisor To The Board

Mrs. Rollins is owner and director of Contessa Rol' Beauty College, which has operated in Dallas, Texas, since 1986. Contessa Rol' is located in the Glendale Plaza Shopping Center. Mrs. Rollins lived a few doors away from Maurine F. Bailey. She was a close neighbor and a dear friend for more than 40 years. With a solid academic and professional background in beauty and hair care, Mrs. Rollins has based her institution's growth on its diverse multi-cultural curriculum and educational foundation.
